🤓 Habilidades clave:

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with SQL databases, preferably MySQL

1-2 years of web development work experience

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue, preferred

Strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team


🥅 Responsabilidades:

✅ Collaborate with the web development team to design, develop, and optimize our website and web applications.

✅ Gain a full understanding of United Credit’s CRM and merchant portal.

✅ Help Desk Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to web development, website functionality, and other web-related matters.

✅ Issue Tracking and Documentation: Maintain a detailed record of all help desk interactions, including user inquiries, problems reported, and solutions provided. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and any necessary code changes or fixes for future reference.

✅ Utilize PHP to develop dynamic web applications, integrate with databases, and enhance existing features.

✅ Website Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and updates of websites, including content management, bug fixes, and minor enhancements. Collaborate with senior developers to implement changes, deploy updates, and ensure website functionality and performance.

✅ User Training Guidance: Provide guidance and training to users on basic web development concepts, content management systems, and other tools or technologies relevant to their roles.

✅ Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with users, both verbally and in writing, to gather information, classify issues, and provide status updates. Ensure a high level of customer service by being responsive, professional, and helpful in all interactions.

✅ Quality Assurance and Testing of web applications or updates to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.

✅ Adhere to best practices in coding and documentation.

✅ Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

✅ Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
