🎯Key Responsibilities:

✅Bank Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for all bank-related matters
• Negotiate terms and conditions with banks to secure favorable agreements for the company
• Monitor and review bank service levels and address any issues or discrepancies

✅Compliance Management:

• Ensure the company adheres to all local and international banking regulations
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and report any findings to the appropriate authorities
• Stay updated on new regulations and compliance requirements and communicate these changes to relevant departments

✅Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on bank relationships and compliance activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bank agreements, communications, and compliance documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of regulatory reports

✅Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters and the proper handling of banking relationships
• Advise senior management on compliance issues and potential risks

✅Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, such as Finance, Legal, and Operations, to ensure seamless compliance and effective bank relationship management
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits

🤓Qualifications:

✅Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Law

✅Experience in banking and compliance

✅Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards

✅Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅High level of integrity and attention to detail

✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance management software

✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

✅Professional certification in compliance is a must

✅Experience with international banking regulations
