- The client doesn't release the payment of fees after 15 days from when the deliverable was fully provided as per the specifications ❌?
- The client hasn't been in contact in the last 5 days (and there is a delivery date) ?❌
- The client violated the terms and conditions of the working relationship (uses drafts of the deliverable before releasing the fees ❌, the client disrespected the jobber ?)
