We are seeking a Senior Level Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at CLARUS Money Project, a global pioneering fintech company, establishing a headquarters in San Salvador. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing marketing campaigns and strategies, with a focus on customer acquisition and brand awareness.

? Responsibilities

✅Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.

✅Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

✅Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.

✅Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

✅Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management.

?Qualifications

✅Conversational English communication

✅Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

✅Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

✅Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

✅Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

✅Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
