Third-Party Services: We use various third-party service providers (tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and authentication providers (Google, LinkedIn). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage users to review them for data management, and onboarding platform functionality.

We do not sell user data. Additionally, we do not share personally identifiable information with marketing partners unless explicitly authorized by the user.

6. Data Retention

We retain user data for up to 3 years of inactivity, after which we may delete or anonymize it.

Users may delete their profiles directly through Jobbi Classic:

  • However, if you are enrolled in your cloud wallet, payment services or before deleting your profile.
  • For Company Users: If you are a company user, you must contact our support team to delete your account and must resolve these before deleting your account.

After requesting deletion, users have 24 hours to restore their account before data is permanently erased.

Company (employer) accounts may be subject to any applicable legal or contractual retention requirements.

Even after deletion, some transaction records may be retained as required by applicable laws and financial regulations.

7. User Rights & Choices

Users have the right to:

  • Access and download their data
  • Opt out of marketing emails
  • Request complete data deletion by contacting support
  • Modify their profile information and privacy settings to share their private information
  • Change cookie preferences related to tracking and analytics

10. Age Restrictions

Users under 18 may create a profile.

Payroll-related services require users to be 18+ due to KYC requirements.

In the future, we may introduce internship programs that allow younger users to gain work experience.
