2. General Information
By accessing and using Jobbi's platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use Jobbi. These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of all users. Jobbi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with continued use of the platform constituting acceptance of any updates.
Who Can Use Jobbi:
- Users must be aged 18 or older to create an account and use our services.
- Users under 18 may only apply for internships and unpaid learning opportunities under parental or legal guardian supervision.
- Companies and individuals must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding employment, tax regulations, and employment policies applicable in their respective jurisdictions.
- Jobbi must not be used to violate the rights, dignity, and acknowledgment of users and organizations to prevent fraudulent activity and maintain a secure platform.
- Users must ensure that personal information is accurate and up to date to maintain access to platform features and services.
3. User Roles & Responsibilities
For Talent (Jobbers):
- Any individual can sign up, create a digital CV, and apply for jobs through Jobbi.
- Jobbers must complete their profiles accurately, including personal services, and utilizing premium features.
- Jobbers are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate personal information, experience, skills, and qualifications on their profiles.
- Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or termination.
- Jobbers must maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with companies and attending interviews.
- Jobbers are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, and to respect the rights of others to support a safe and inclusive environment.
- Jobbers may not bypass Jobbi's payment system or attempt to conduct transactions outside of the platform unless explicitly permitted.
- Jobbers agree to Jobbi's internal and reporting processes, which may differ from other benefits subject to program-specific terms and conditions.
For Companies (Employers):
- Any company, hiring manager, or recruiter can post jobs or talent without prior approval.
- Companies must accurately describe job openings, requirements, benefits and higher-tier hiring features.
- Companies are responsible for compliance with all applicable employment laws, anti-discrimination regulations, and workplace rights.
- Companies must provide clear and accurate job descriptions, including salary ranges, benefits, and working conditions.
- Jobbi reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts due to non-payment, fraudulent activities, or policy violations.
- Companies may not post misleading job descriptions, unrealistic work opportunities that violate local labor laws, or discriminatory job listings.
- Companies must not engage in any unlawful hiring practices, including applications, harassment, or unethical working conditions.
- Employers must attend live and virtual hiring practices, including applications, harassment, or unethical working conditions.
4. Payments & Fees
For Talent (Jobbers):
- Payments are processed through Jobbi's worldwide withdrawal options, including bank transfers and digital wallets.
- Jobbi does not assume responsibility for third-party fees, if premium service is not an optional transaction fee applies.
- Payments to jobbers are subject to applicable taxes and regulatory requirements, and jobbers are responsible for tax compliance with the employer-respective countries.
- In the event of payment disputes, jobbers must contact Jobbi's support team for mediation, and Jobbi may freeze disputed funds until resolution.
- Jobbi may charge processing fees for international transactions, currency conversions, or additional processing fees associated with specific payment methods.
For Companies (Employers):
- Companies must utilize Jobbi's transparent pricing model.
- Subscription fees for premium features and additional matches ($400 upfront, $150 for a other per month).
- Companies are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with their subscription and usage.
- Companies that fail to make timely payments may have restricted access to job postings, hiring tools, and payroll automation.
- Refunds are provided only for unused subscription periods when applicable, and not for completed transactions or services rendered.
- Companies may be subject to additional fees for premium services, advanced analytics, and specialized recruiting policies.
- Jobbi reserves the right to adjust pricing and payment terms at any time with prior notification to users.
- Companies that misuse payment features or fail to comply with payment obligations may face suspension or legal action.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- There are details that account unless they have an active contract, pending payments, or a balance in their wallet.
- Companies can cancel subscriptions at any time; however, companies matches from year-round changeable.
- Refunds for subscription fees are provided on a pro-rated basis for unused periods, subject to Jobbi's refund policy.
- Users may not dispute payments made for successfully rendered services after they have engaged with and benefited from the platform.
6. Account Deletion & Data Retention
- User data, including profiles and transaction records, is retained for 3 years after account deletion unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Users will receive a 30-day notice period if they have no pending transactions, disputes, or ongoing contractual obligations.
- Jobbi reserves the right to retain anonymized data for analytics, platform improvement, and compliance with regulations.
- Users may request data deletion in compliance with applicable privacy laws, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
7. Liability & Dispute Resolution
- Jobbi acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for failed payments, hiring outcomes, or legal employment compliance.
- In case of disputes between users, Jobbi provides mediation but is not liable for outcomes or contractual agreements made outside the platform.
- Any disputes between users and Jobbi will first go through mediation; then arbitration, and if unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of El Salvador. Subject to local laws and regulations.
- Jobbi's liability is limited to direct damages only, and it shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
- Users must not engage in any activity that involves illegal, harmful, discriminatory, harassment, or misleading employment practices.
- Users are prohibited from posting false job descriptions, or predatory contracts.
- Users may not attempt to exploit or manipulate Jobbi's matching algorithms for unfair advantages.
- Jobbi reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate accounts violating these policies.

10. Global Payroll Services

11. Agreement to Terms
By using Jobbi, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all other legal information provided within Jobbi's Legal Hub. Individuals are of other entities may be legally bound to any future updates or modifications to these terms. It users do not agree to these terms, they must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
